Opera and Art are all about telling stories in unusual ways – through singing, music, painting, sculpture, photography and textiles.  A family afternoon with Central City Opera artists at the Denver Art Museum brings these elements of storytelling to life - through music and theater activities with a performance followed by a creative art project. The Central City Opera Ensemble Artists will perform excerpts from The Child and the Enchantments by Ravel (of Bolero fame). Following the performance, the Denver Art Museum will provide an art making project reflecting the works of modern master artists.  Afterwards, visit your favorite galleries to see more stories in great visual artworks.

TICKETS: FREE for 18 and under; Adult tickets are included in purchase of Museum admission ($10)

This event is sponsored by the Central City Opera Guild.
