  • Ardore, meaning "passion" in Italian, is Reserve’s own gourmet restaurant, featuring steakhouse style dishes with an Italian and Tuscan flare. Upon walking though the doors to Ardore, guests will experience a floor to ceiling glass wine display housing 500 bottles of wine served in the Tuscan steakhouse. Whether it’s the wine you delight in, the sumptuous meal you encounter, or the impeccable service, your experience at Ardore will leave you satisfied in a way the Italians relish after their evening meal.
  • Market Street is a new, quick and casual dining experience and a great place to grab a quick and delicious meal. Inside Market Street is a coffee bistro called Java Express, a “we serve you” food line with the chef’s favorite specialty dishes, called The Chef’s Kitchen, and a pizza and beer hang out called the Pizza Pub. Whatever guests are hungry for they will absolutely find something great to eat in Market Street.

Starbucks Coffee Bar - The coffee bar offers a full selection of coffee, tea, and pastries from early morning until late evening.

The Timberline Grill -The Timberline Grill redefines upscale dining in Black Hawk. The menu includes traditional mountain fare as well as interpretations of classic American steakhouse cuisine. Guests are encouraged to save room for their lavish dessert choices including a tableside chocolate fondue.

Waypost Deli - Perfect for a quick bite, the Waypost Deli is open extended hours for anytime hunger strikes. From salads and subs to potatoes and pizza, the menu has something for everyone.
