Broomfield Auditorium's Culture Feast returns! This FREE concert series presented by Cultural Affairs begins with Love Notes by Central City Opera.
Composers and lyricists have waxed poetic on the subject of love since the beginning of time. We’ve picked a few choice moments from favorite operas and American musicals to illustrate the ups, the downs, the all-around magic of love. This delectable pastiche features a romantic duo and dynamic pianist from the Central City Opera Ensemble: Judeth Shay Burns, soprano; Jason Baldwin, tenor and Deborah Schmit-Lobis, pianist.
Relive the rollercoaster of love through this eclectic program of songs and duets from opera and musical theatre, including selections from Oklahoma! and La Bohème, both part of Central City Opera’s 2012 Festival.
