Central City Opera (CCO) opens its 2013 Festival with a new production of Rossini's The Barber of Seville. Directed by CCO's Administrator of the Bonfils-Stanton Foundation Artists Training Program Marc Astafan, the production opensJune 29, with performances continuing through July 27.
