Every one of our 550 seats offers an intimate experience in our fully restored historic theatre.

Tickets are on sale now for Central City Opera’s 2010 Festival this summer in Central City, Colorado featuring three diverse selections of operas from classic to contemporary: Puccini’s Madama Butterfly, Offenbach’s Orpheus in the Underworld and Jake Heggie’s Three Decembers.

All ticket buyers are subject to our ticketing policies. The box office will contact you if there are any difficulties regarding your order.

Prices start at $90 for a subscription to all three operas, with individual ticket prices ranging from $38 to $99, or enjoy a new package deal with the Kevin Taylor Restaurant Group.  Discounts are also available for groups of 10 or more, as well as educators, student, and military personnel and their families.  View a grid of all price options and seating sections.

POWERFUL. FAMILY. SECRETS.
This backstage drama of a Broadway diva and her children reveals the dangers of keeping family secrets.  Based on a sketch by Tony-Award winning playwright Terrence McNally (Kiss of the Spiderwoman), the new American opera is set to music by Jake Heggie (Dead Man Walking) with a riveting libretto by Gene Scheer.
